Deliveries

As stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, the order processing time is 1–5 days, and the shipping time is 6–10 business days.

(Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays.)

If the timeframe has already passed, kindly contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your shipment.

You’ll receive both email and SMS updates with the status of your shipment.

📩 An SMS will be sent once your package is near your area (at that point, you’ll also be able to choose a pickup point).

📩 Another SMS will be sent as soon as your order has arrived. :)

You can’t select a pickup point during checkout, since pickup locations are determined based on your shipping address.

Once your order arrives in your area, you’ll receive an SMS to the phone number you provided. The message will allow you to choose the most convenient pickup point near you.

If you forgot to collect your package from the pickup point and it was returned to the courier, please contact us to arrange a reshipment.
